Great to reconnect with former colleagues Chiara and Kerry Cole.
Kerry is a truly inspirational Early Years and KS1 leader who is passionate about providing the highest quality educational experiences for all students.
On a personal level, I was lucky enough to participate in her in depth workshops on phonics which in turn had an inspirational effect on my masters' thesis on dyslexia, it's identification, (some) causes behind it and how to support learners who struggle with it in later years. We also collaborated on workshops about autism and mainstream education.
Chiara lives and breathes her vision of inclusion, creating inclusive societies and the vital role that early years education plays in achieving this.
